Edoc will again feature at Europe’s premier waste and resource management event, RWM 2014 following the launch of the new online system in January this year.
Chris Deed, edoc Programme Manager at the Environment Agency, will introduce delegates within the industry to edoc in action and explain how it can help businesses to comply with their legal duty of care, within the context of recent legislation changes in the UK.
One of the highlights of edoc; the paperless way to record waste transfers will be to discover how the system can offer a simple and efficient electronic solution to the traditional paper-based waste transfer note system, with the benefit of saving businesses both time and money. Chris will share experiences of some of the 1,500 businesses who have already registered to use the free system, which includes leading waste management firms Reconomy and FCC Environment.
Guests are invited to attend edoc; the paperless way to record waste transfers at RWM 2014 on Wednesday 17th September from 12:15pm to 12:45pm at the UKTI International Business Theatre.
The edoc team are also sharing a stand with two other Environment Agency-led projects (EQual and CLEAR Info) at the RWM Exhibition. Delegates are invited to visit the stand at any time during the exhibition where members of the team will be available to answer questions about edoc, the benefits that the new system can offer their business and advice on making the switch.
Make sure edoc is on your agenda for your visit to RWM 2014.
